California Parent School Survey

We are looking for feedback! We are conducting a school climate survey developed by WestEd and the state Department of Education. The survey, which is entirely confidential, will help us identify ways to improve the quality and character of the environment in which our children learn, play, develop, and socialize on a daily basis. Parent and guardian input is crucial to the usefulness of this survey – we truly need to hear from you! The survey takes 15 to 30 minutes to complete and is a wonderful opportunity for you to give feedback on topics including physical and emotional safety, learning supports, and school connectedness.

You will have access to this online survey for 30 days beginning 3/17/2014.

Below you will find your school information, please click through on the Parent Survey link to respond.

Elementary Schools

Welcome to the Alameda Unified School District. We are proud to be home to amazing neighborhood schools who cultivate essential social living guidelines and life skills that serve to build a community of caring learners who get along well with others. This fundamental approach prepares our children to become confident, resilient individuals who better understand the world and themselves. Our district-wide initiatives foster creativity and innovation, critical thinking and problem solving, communication and collaboration, information and media literacy, as well as global and environmental awareness that will prepare our youth for their personal and professional life and career. Our ongoing mission is to prepare students for a lifetime of learning and responsible citizenship.

For questions regarding our schools or enrollment, please feel free to contact our office by phone (510) 337-7072, via email at rwilliams@alameda.k12.ca.us or in person at our district office located at 2060 Challenger Drive, Alameda, CA 94501.
