AUSD staff have developed a performance management system by which to gauge district, school and student performance in order to refine ongoing systemic goals for the district’s continuous improvements efforts. Included in the performance management system was the development of AUSD department scorecards. The scorecards surveyed school site administrators and office managers as well as using established district compliance metrics in order to provide AUSD staff informative data required for continuous improvement. AUSD use these district scorecards and other aspects of the performance management system to improve the services to school sites and the students we all serve.
