AUSD staff have developed a performance management system by which to gauge district, school and student performance in order to refine ongoing systemic goals for the district’s continuous improvements efforts. Included in the performance management system is the development of the 10 Steps to Success, a metric to measure AUSD’s efforts at promoting college and career readiness. Ultimately the 10 Steps to Success serve as metrics that help AUSD gauge baseline performance in order to help staff establish targets for improved school, student and system performance.
