• Notice to Public- Review of Accounting of Developer Fees for 2010-2011- December 20, 2011

All new housing and remodeling projects are approved by the City of Alameda Planning and Building Department. The City of Alameda will issue a construction permit when all fees are paid by the developer, included in these fees are developer impact fees collected by the City on behalf of the Alameda Unified School District.

Developer Fee Schedule- Note fees will be adjusted accordingly in February 2012 based on approved state rates.
