AUSD ENROLLMENT 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the AUSD district office is closed to the public.  We are communicating and processing all paperwork via email.  Please feel free to contact us via email anytime with any inquiries.

ENROLLMENT STEPS & INFORMATION FOR THE 21/22 SCHOOL YEAR

1.  CLICK HERE  to determine your home school

 

2.  CLICK HERE complete the online registration

       

3.  CLICK HERE to schedule a processing time

 

Once all 3 steps are complete you will receive an email with information and instructions about how to complete enrollment

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT

RESIDENCY (ALL 3 ARE REQUIRED)

1.  Proof of Address

  • If you own your home: Property Deed/Property Tax/Mortgage statement
  • If you rent your home: FULL Rental Agreement/Lease

2. Proof of Utility

  • Alameda Municipal Power/PG&E or ACI ONLY
    • If utilities are included in your rent please provide one of the following with your name and address listed
      • W-2/Pay Stub/Public Assistance Document/Vehicle Registration

3.  Proof of ID

  • Current Driver's License
  • Current ID Card

STUDENT DOCUMENTS (4 & 5 ARE REQUIRED)

5.  Birth Certificate/Passport/Baptismal Certificate

6.  Most Recent Transcript or Grades (if applicable)
